Thrust Ball Bearings 53000 Series
Type 53000 bearings are single direction thrust bearings with spherical housing locating washers to accommodate axial loads in one direction. They must not bear any radial loads. Many components are interchangeable. The shaft washers have ground holes for an interference fit. This type not only has a separable design for easy installation/removal and maintenance inspection, but also interchanges components, the ground holes of the shaft washers allow for an interference fit, and the spherical housing washers accommodate initial misalignment.
Miniature deep groove ball bearings refer to metric series, with an outer diameter of less than 9mm; inch series, of various types of bearings with an outer diameter of less than 9.525mm, the main materials are carbon steel, bearing steel, stainless steel, plastic, ceramics, etc., of which the smallest inner diameter can be achieved 0.6mm, generally with an inner diameter of 1mm. Miniature deep groove balls are suitable for all kinds of industrial equipment, small rotary motors and other fields with high speed and low noise.
aligning Ball Bearings 2200 Series
1. The self aligning ball bearings consist of two rows of balls and a common concave sphered raceway in the outer ring and theinner ring. 2. This type bearings have the self-aligning capacity which make the bearings insensitive to angular misalignments of the shaft relative to the housing. 3. The series of the bearings: 1200, 1300, 2200, 2300 and so on. 4. The bearings are also available with a cylindrical bore or, in certain size ranges, with a tapered bore.
Deep Groove Ball Bearings 6800 Series
Thin-walled deep groove ball bearings have a simple structure and are easy to use. It is mainly used to bear radial load, and can also bear radial load and axial combined load at the same time. This series of bearings is suitable for places where the load and assembly shaft are relatively large and the space is restricted.
Deep Groove Ball Bearings 6700 Series
Thin-walled deep groove ball bearings consist of inner ring, outer ring, steel balls, cage, grease and seals. Thin-walled deep groove ball bearing types: Open and sealed two structures. There are open bearings, bearings with dust covers, seals or snap rings. Open type means that the bearing does not have a sealed structure, and the sealed thin-walled deep groove ball is divided into dust-proof seal and oil-proof seal. The material of the dust-proof sealing cover is stamped steel plate, which only serves to prevent dust from entering the bearing raceway. The oil-proof type is a contact oil seal, which can effectively prevent the grease in the bearing from overflowing.
Deep Groove Ball Bearings 6400 Series
The basic designs of single row deep groove ball bearings are open and sealed. For manufacturing reasons, open bearings of the same size as sealed or dust-proof bearings may also have seal grooves in the outer ring. Bearings with shields or seals on both sides are maintenance-free, lubricated for life. Such bearings cannot be cleaned and the temperature cannot exceed 80 degrees Celsius.
Deep Groove Ball Bearings 6300 Series
Single row deep groove ball bearing housings are the most widely used bearing types:
1. Basic design of open bearing
2. Sealed bearings
3. ICOS oil-sealed bearing unit
4. Bearings with snap grooves, with or without snap rings
Spherical Roller Bearings 213xx Series
This bearing type has a solid inner ring, which runs on two rows of symmetrical rollers in a solid outer ring. The outer ring has a concave, spherical raceway. This design compensates for any alignment errors and shaft deflections. Spherical roller bearings can withstand particularly high radial loads. Additionally, they can accommodate axial forces in both directions. These bearings are used in elevators, textile machines, food processing machines, cranes etc.
Deep Groove Ball Bearings 6200 Series
Single row deep groove ball bearing is the most representative structure of rolling bearings and has a wide range of uses. The raceways located on the inner ring and the outer ring have an arc cross section with a radius slightly larger than the radius of the rolling ball. In addition to bearing radial load, it can also bear axial load in two directions. Low friction torque, most suitable for applications requiring high speed rotation, low noise and low vibration. This kind of bearing, in addition to the open type, also has a bearing with a steel plate dust cover, a bearing with a rubber seal, or a bearing with a snap ring attached to the outer diameter of the outer ring. Generally, steel stamping cages are used. Mainly applicable cage: steel stamping cage (wave shape, crown shape...single row; S shape...double row)
Flange bearings are among the ultra-small bore miniature bearings, which can be divided into ZZ steel plate bearing dust cover series, RS rubber bearing sealing ring series, flange plate series, stainless steel series, ceramic ball series, etc. The miniature ball bearings have a wide range of uses. Suitable for products requiring high-speed rotation, low friction torque, low vibration and low noise.
Cylindrical Roller Bearings CPM Series
Full complement cylindrical roller bearings without an outer ring have solid inner rings and rib-guided cylindrical rollers. The inner rings are produced with two rigid ribs.Since these bearings have the largest possible number of rolling elements, they have extremely high radial load carrying capacity, high rigidity and are suitable for particularly compact designs. They are are mainly used in the need to withstand large radial loads and low speed of the occasion, in the lower rotary can withstand shock loads and moment loads.
Cylindrical Roller Bearings NNU Series
NNU 49 series double row cylindrical roller bearings have three integral flanges on the outer ring and no flanges on the inner ring. It available with either a cylindrical or a 1:12 tapered bore (designation suffix K). In machine tool applications, cylindrical roller bearings with a tapered bore are preferred over bearings with a cylindrical bore, because the taper enables more accurate adjustment of clearance or preload during mounting. Bearings in the NNU 49 series, with a very low cross-sectional height, provide a higher degree of stiffness than bearings in the NN 30 series, but a somewhat lower load carrying capacity.
