Cylindrical Roller Bearings N2xx & N3xx Series
The outer ring of an N type single row cylindrical bearing has no ribs, whereas the inner ring of the cylindrical bearing has two fixed ribs. This means that the N cylindrical bearing cannot locate the shaft, therefore the axial displacement of the shaft relative to the casing can be accommodated in both directions.
Cylindrical Roller Bearings NU2xx & NU3xx Series
NU Series are non-locating, single row Cylindrical Roller Bearings with cage. The inner ring is separable and without flanges on their side of the roller which slides in both directions and is commonly found in motors. To meet the various needs, cages are made from three different materials:Polyamide(ECP),Steel(ECJ), Brass(ECM).
Cylindrical Roller Bearings NJ Series
Single row cylindrical roller bearings are designed to accommodate high radial loads in combination with high speeds. Having two integral flanges on the outer ring and one on the inner ring, NJ design bearings can accommodate axial displacement in one direction. An important feature is the separable design, which ease of assembly and fitting and axial location.
The inch four-row tapered roller bearing is one of the main roller bearings. This type of bearing has a large radial and axial capacity, and the radial load capacity is about three times that of a single-row tapered roller bearing. It can withstand large bidirectional axial loads, but the limit speed is low. It can limit the axial displacement of the shaft (or housing) in both directions within the range of the bearing axial clearance, so it can be used for bidirectional shaft positioning. The diameter and axial clearance of the bearing can be adjusted by changing the thickness of the spacer between the inner and outer rings. Mainly used for the work rolls of hot rolling mills and cold rolling mills, as well as the rolls of blasting machines.
Inch double-row tapered roller bearings increase the radial load capacity due to the increase in the number of roller rows, and at the same time, can also withstand large bidirectional axial loads. It is mainly used to bear the combined radial and axial loads mainly based on radial loads. It can limit the axial displacement of the shaft (or housing) in both directions, so it can be used as a bidirectional axial positioning.
Tapered Roller Bearings Four Row
Four-row tapered roller bearings have spacers for adjusting the clearance between the inner and outer rings. The performance is basically the same as that of double-row tapered roller bearings, and the bearing capacity is large. They are used almost exclusively in work roll applications such as rolling mills.
Wheel hub bearing DAC Series 4
Wheel hub bearing is mainly for bearing and accurately guiding the rotation of the hub. It bears both the axial load and the radial load, and is a very important component. Wheel bearings are sets of steel balls or tapers held together by a metal ring. They enable the wheels to rotate smoothly with minimal friction.
Wheel hub bearing DAC Series 3
Wheel hub bearing is mainly for bearing and accurately guiding the rotation of the hub. It bears both the axial load and the radial load, and is a very important component. Wheel bearings are sets of steel balls or tapers held together by a metal ring. They enable the wheels to rotate smoothly with minimal friction.
Inch single-row tapered roller bearings are mainly suitable for bearing combined radial and axial loads mainly based on radial loads, while large taper angle tapered roller bearings (27°~30°) can withstand radial and axial loads mainly based on bearing loads. Axial and axial combined load, but generally not suitable for pure axial load. The structure is separable, the inner ring and the outer ring can be installed separately, and the outer ring can be interchanged, which is convenient for installation and removal.
Wheel bearings are an essential part of your vehicle's steering and suspension system. Wheel bearings are responsible for keeping the wheels attached to the vehicle. They allow each wheel to spin freely and at the desired speed. Wheel bearings take a steady amount of abuse. They support the entire weight of your vehicle while traveling over rough roads, potholes and other rugged terrain. Wheel bearings are one of the longest lasting steering and suspension parts, but it really depends on driving habits, driving conditions and other factors.
Truck hub units, which contain two tapered roller bearings, are pre-adjusted, greased and sealed at the factory in order to simplify installation. The wheel bearing units are intended for use in truck, trailer and buses. They are designed to withstand typical harsh operating conditions and require less maintenance than the conventional wheel bearing sets they replace. Some variants have an integrated impulse ring which makes some variants suitable for use with anti-lock braking systems. The units can also save time and cost during brake maintenance.
