Linear motion is the most basic of all motion.A linear-motion bearing or linear slide is a bearing designed to provide free motion in one direction. Linear bearings are divided into two classifications: the rolling linear bearings and the plain linear bearings. Linear bearings are widely used in CNC Machine, 3D printers, sliding doors, and automation settings.
Pillow Block Bearings UCT Type
UCT take-up units are used where shaft adjustment and belt-tightening devices are required, such as in conveyor applications. These units provide compact, efficient supports for adjustable shafts and conveyer take-up pulleys. These units use wide inner ring ball bearings with self-aligning spherical outside diameters that compensate for shaft misalignment. Slot spacing and width are interchangeable with competitive units. Housing designed for ease of bearing replacement.
Pillow Block Bearings UCFU Type
Square flanged ball bearing unit with set screw locking, cast iron. They consist of an insert bearing, with an extended inner ring and grub screw locking, suitable for applications where the direction of rotation is constant or alternating. The bearing is mounted in a housing, which can be bolted to a machine wall or frame. Ball bearing units can accommodate moderate initial misalignment, but normally do not permit axial displacement.
The UEL wide inner ring ball bearing uses an eccentric locking collar mechanism and is suggested for industrial applications where normal loads are encountered. The UEL series features superfinished raceways, grade-10 balls for smooth running and low noise operation. UEL series wide inner ring ball bearings have spherical outside diameters for use in housings with corresponding spherical.
UC200 series (light series), UC300 series (heavy series), and deformed product UB(SB)200 series, if the use environment is small, generally choose UC200 series, otherwise choose UC300 series. Generally, there are two jacking wires on the outer spherical ball bearing, and the included angle is 120°. Environmental requirements must have a small vibration range. This kind of outer spherical ball bearing is relatively common and widely used in textile machinery, ceramic machinery and other manufacturing industries.
Angular Contact Ball Bearings 3300 Series
3300 series double row angular contact ball bearings are non-separable and have a ball-loading notch on one side. It can bear large radial and axial bidirectional combined loads and moment loads mainly based on radial loads. It can limit the bidirectional axial displacement of the shaft or housing, and has better rigidity than single-row bearings. Bearings are available in open and sealed designs. Sealed bearings are maintenance-free and thus allow economical bearing arrangements.
Angular Contact Ball Bearings 3200 Series
Double row angular contact ball bearings correspond, in their design and operation, to a pair of single row angular contact ball bearings in a back-to-back arrangement, while requiring less axial space. They can operate at high speeds and are more suitable than deep groove ball bearings for supporting large axial forces in both directions.
Angular Contact Ball Bearings 7200_7300BEP Series
Single row angular contact ball bearings consist of an outer ring, an inner ring, a row of steel balls and a cage. This type of bearing can bear radial load and axial load at the same time, and can also bear pure axial load, and can work at high speed. Single row angular contact ball bearings can only withstand axial loads in one direction. The "BEP" suffix is a nylon retainer, and the "BECBM" suffix is a copper retainer.
Angular Contact Ball Bearings 70000B Series
Angular contact bearing balls with α=40° (70000 B type), can accommodate axial loads in one direction only. This type of bearing is typically adjusted against a second bearing. Their bearing rings have an upper and a lower shoulder and are non- separable. Mainly used in a wide range of industries such as automobiles, electrical equipment, machine tools, and aircraft.
Angular Contact Ball Bearings 70000C Series
Angular contact bearing balls (type 70000 C) with α=15° can bear unidirectional axial load. When bearing pure radial load, bearings must be installed and used in pairs, because the action line of rolling element load and the action line of radial load are not in the same plane, resulting in internal separation force.
Angular Contact Ball Bearings 7000AC Series
Angular contact bearing balls (type 70000 AC) with α=25°, are inseparable and can only bear the axial force of one side, and the shoulder heights on both sides of the inner and outer rings are different, so more steel balls can be loaded to improve the bearing capacity. Mainly used in a wide range of industries such as automobiles, electrical equipment, machine tools, and aircraft.
Needle Roller Bearings CF Series
Cam Follower - CF Series, this model is an economical Cam Follow having a driver groove or hexagon socket in the stud head. The all-stainless steel type is optimal for clean room applications since it does not develop rust from external atmosphere and generates little dust.
