2. When installing, open the cylindrical roller bearing package, immerse it in the above-mentioned gasoline and other liquids and turn it gently by hand to ensure that the packaging oil on the cage, rolling elements and raceway surfaces is completely cleaned.
3. When cleaning a large number of cylindrical roller bearings, first scald them with hot engine oil at a temperature of 90 to 100°C to condense the packaging oil. At the same time, use a seamless and chip-free tool to dig out all the old oil, and then scald them for a few minutes. , then rinse it with kerosene to remove the oil, and finally clean it again with gasoline. After cleaning, you should put on film gloves and place the cylindrical roller bearing on a clean cloth or paper on the workbench to dry.
4. Note that sealed cylindrical roller bearings cannot be cleaned by this method, and the inside of the seal should be kept intact and cannot be cleaned.
